  • If your preferred appointment time isn’t showing in our online booking system, you can use the Waitlist service.


    Simply select any available slot, and write your preferred date and time in the notes section. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and confirm your booking.

    This is ideal if you:

    • Have a specific stylist in mind

    • Need a particular day or time that isn’t currently available

    • Want to secure a spot as soon as it opens

    Using the Waitlist ensures we can keep your booking organised and get you the appointment you want without confusion.

  • All appointments can be booked online through our booking system. New clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $75 at the time of booking to secure their appointment. This deposit is deducted from the cost of the service.

  • It depends on your hair goals and the services you receive. We can guide you during your visit so you leave with a plan that suits your hair type, lifestyle, and colour maintenance. 

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. If you don’t see availability in the booking system, please DM us on Instagram and we will do our best to accommodate you or add you to the waitlist for cancellations.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. Depending on the time available, we may need to adjust your appointment to ensure you still receive the full experience.

  • Yes. All new clients pay a $75 non-refundable deposit when booking. Missed appointments are charged at $75 per hour of service. Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

  • We accept all card and cash payments. 

  • Service pricing depends on the service type, hair length, and complexity. You can view approximate prices in our booking system, and we can confirm your exact price during your consultation or appointment.

  • Yes, we pride ourselves on our consultations and they are included as part of your appointment to ensure we create a look that works for your hair, lifestyle, and goals.

  • We use high-quality extensions tailored to your hair type and desired look. Our team can discuss the best option for you during your consultation.

  • We stock professional haircare products that support colour, texture, and overall hair health. Our current stockists are Loreal Professional and La Biosthetique. Ask our team during your visit for recommendations that suit your hair.

  • Yes, we offer styling for weddings, events, and special occasions. Please book in advance to secure your preferred date.
