Our Appointment Policy
At Shó Hair Studio, every appointment is planned to give you and our stylists the time needed to achieve the best results. Our booking policies and deposits are in place to respect your time and ours, ensure the salon runs smoothly, and allow us to offer available spots to other clients if changes occur. This helps us maintain the quality of service you expect while keeping the day running efficiently for everyone.
Stylist Availability
Please note that Niamh Griffin is not taking new clients. If you’ve been referred, we’re happy to arrange a no-obligation consultation so you can meet the team and discuss your hair goals.

All bookings require a $75 deposit to secure your appointment. This guarantees your slot and allows our stylists to prepare properly for your hair service.

To avoid losing your deposit, all appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior. This ensures your spot is held and we can manage the schedule effectively.

Longer appointments, including blonding, hair extensions, and keratin treatments, require a higher deposit. For these services, a 48-hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid losing your deposit. This helps us plan the day, allocate the right amount of time, and ensure other clients can book if a spot becomes available.

All first-time colour services include a blowdry, so your stylist can check the final result and ensure your hair looks polished and complete.
